Power supply reliability assessment for a multistate electrical power network with line loss rates

此研究乃與Dr. Lance Fiondella (Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth)進行輸配電網路可靠度評估的國際合作。輸配電網路是一項關鍵基礎設施,為民生、工業以及國防等提供電力。先前的研究探討了使用可靠度指標來衡量輸配電網路中發電廠的性能,或是僅有單一發電廠、單一用電區域及多階狀態輸電設施的輸配電網路的穩定性。因此,該研究議題進一步考慮了多個多階狀態電力設施和多個用電區域,以及發電廠和變電站的隨機容量,定義輸電可靠度為用電區域之電力需求能夠被此輸電網路滿足之機率;此外,提出了一種基於隨機流量網路模型的解決方法,來進行輸電可靠度評估,並考慮了線損率,即在電力傳輸過程中電力耗損之比率。研究根據能源局之資料,就高雄地區的輸配電網路可靠度進行評估,除說明所提出的方法能夠用於分析輸電網路的供電穩定性,也透過敏感度分析,探討提升輸電可靠度之方式。
