第25屆世界健康促進研討會(IUHPE)論文發表,主題: Developing Healthy Weight Promoting Strategies for Elementary Schools in Taiwan: Practice Experiences from Health Promoting Award Schools

本次參與界健康促進研討會(IUHPE)論文口頭發表,主要是研究探討2023年臺灣健康促進學校特色獎勵計畫中,獲獎學校推動健康體位策略與學生健康體位之關聯。

研究方法運用內容分析法及GIS資源地圖,分析53所在健康體位表現優異之國小歸納出成功元素。研究結果發現多數學校採行的健康體位計畫結合「五正四樂」正向心理健康策略,涵蓋正向情緒、投入感、正向關係、生命意義與成就(PERMA),以及身體活動、樂觀生活、營養與睡眠(PULS)。在學校教學部分,學校運用文化教育、生態教育、食農教育等沉浸式學習,並結合虛擬實境(VR)與擴增實境(AR)等數位科技,提升學生參與及其健康識能。學校領導亦扮演關鍵角色。表現優異的學校大多由校長主導,採取「全校全員參與」,整合教師、家長與社區資源,共同營造支持性的健康環境。

本研究發現績優學校健康體位計畫的成功元素具可擴散性,對資源較匱乏地區之學校,應持續提供支持與資源投入,以縮短青少年健康差異。
